Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks.
I recently got to try these out and I am in L-O-V-E. These are creamy pigmented matte lipsticks that smell like sweet lemon curd. I picked up the mini duo that they are selling at Sephora at the moment and I am so glad I did. These are $26 each!!!! I think if I find an everyday shade I would spend the money on it, but I like that they made these duos so I could try it out before I spend the money.
Bite is a Canadian brand that makes only lip stuff. I love that because they focus in on one product and do it to perfection. They make the best lipsticks, lip balms, and lip scrubs ever. Everything is food grade so if you lick your lips or end up getting lipstick on your burritos, you wont be ingesting harmful chemicals and waxes.
So these lipsticks… I got the Rhubarb and Thistle duo and these colors!!!! THESE COLORS!!!! Wonderful!
Rhubarb is something I would get in the full size. On me is a MLBB that makes gives my face color without looking like I have lipstick on. It is more of a comfort matte/ satin formula. On the lip it feels more like a matte lip balm than a lipstick but the pigment is full on. This is a one swipe hella pigment kind of lippie. It is a dusty rose nude lipstick that I have been wearing lately.
Thistle is unique. I don’t think this is the lipstick for everyone. Rhubarb yes, but this one not so much. I have a neutral undertone but I like warmer tone foundations and lips cause I think it adds a vibrancy. This is a cool toned grey mauve lilac color. It is truly unique and would be hard to dupe. This is the perfect size for it too, I probably would never go through a full size of this lippie. I love how it looks like a neutral on me, it fits into that cool trendy neutral monochromatic look right now.
